Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Acquisition Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Contract Management, or related field.
- 5–9 years of procurement, subcontract administration, purchasing, or government contracting experience.
- Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) contracts.
- Working knowledge of:
- FAR
- DFARS
- Government procurement regulations
- Competitive acquisitions
- Experience administering fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, Time & Materials (T&M), and IDIQ subcontract agreements.
- Experience supporting proposal and capture activities.
- Experience in managing FFP Delivery Schedules and Milestone Payment Schedules.
- Experience in conducting Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Excel
- SharePoint
- Procurement or ERP systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Other Transaction Authority (OTA) acquisitions.
- Experience with Cost/Price Analysis.
- Knowledge of CPSR requirements.
- Experience supporting DCMA and DCAA audits.
- Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, or other procurement systems.
- NCMA certification (CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM) or willingness to obtain.
- Experience developing procurement templates, dashboards, and workflow improvements.
Required Clearance:
- Active Secret Security Clearance required.
- Ability to maintain security clearance throughout employment.

Work Environment:
- Hybrid work schedule (combination of onsite and remote work).
- Standard business hours with occasional extended hours to support proposal deadlines.
- Ability to obtain access to U.S. Government facilities.
- Occasional CONUS travel; OCONUS travel may be required based on program needs.
Location/Work Schedule: Primary location in Huntsville, AL. This position is hybrid, with a standard full-time work schedule. Periodic travel may be required to support business needs, leadership meetings and government engagements.
Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary.
