Tactica Solutions is seeking a qualified professional to provide special security support to the 513th Military Intelligence Brigade (MI BDE). This mid-level Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA) role is performed on-site at Ft. Gordon, GA, with occasional travel. The individual in this role will serve as the authoritative source on multiple security disciplines, ensuring compliance with security standards, and supporting facility security and training programs.

Typical Job Duties and Tasks:
• Provide support for all SCI information and related facilities.
• Serve as the authoritative source on all matters relative to multiple security disciplines and issue guidance in the evaluation and analysis of security needs.
• Conduct security surveys, inspections, and compliance reviews IAW applicable laws, regulations, Presidential Directives, EOs, interagency directives and DHS policies at the appropriate classification level.
• Ensure compliance with NSI safeguarding standards, implement corrective actions and track follow-up actions. 
• Prepare comprehensive written reports and analysis and provide in and out-briefs. 
• Assist in the development, management and execution of technical and administrative security programs.
• Support development and implementation of security training and education programs.
• Manage facility security activities including information and material control.

Requirements – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• High School/GED with at least six (6) years of experience as a Special Security or Facility Security Officer (SSO/FSO) supporting DoD customers or relevant experience
• Working knowledge of DNI Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) and Director, Central Intelligence Directives (DCID) and Executive Orders 12333, 12958, 12968 and 12656
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability and willingness to occasionally travel in support of Group requirements
• Must be willing to work any shift

Required Security Clearance

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and willing to submit to CI polygraph

Physical Requirements: 

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time.  Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen.  Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.  May include lifting weight up to 25 pounds as necessary.

Salary Range: $85,000.00-$90,000.00
