Job Description

Tactica Solutions is seeking an Expert SIGINT Analyst to conduct advanced SIGINT analysis and support targeting, network analysis, and operational SIGINT requirements for USSOCOM missions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with NSA databases, SIGINT systems, and SOF or counterterrorism mission sets.

Typical Job Duties and Tasks:

• Conduct SIGINT analysis to identify high-value targets, organizations, and network patterns.

• Utilize NSA and SIGINT analytical databases (DNR, DNI).

• Produce intelligence reports, briefings, and target packages for operational commanders.

• Coordinate with internal/external SIGINT elements for collection and dissemination.

• Maintain proficiency with current SIGINT tools, systems, and reporting databases.

• Support precision geolocation, target development, and collection management.

• Provide expert-level SIGINT guidance during planning and execution of SOF missions.

Requirements – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Minimum 6 years of SIGINT and All-Source analysis experience.

• Experience supporting USSOCOM SOF or national-level intelligence agencies preferred.

• Proficient with NSA SIGINT systems, databases, and collection management tools.

• Expertise in SIGINT reporting, targeting, and operations.

• Current NSAnet access highly desirable.

• Strong briefing, writing, and operational support experience.

Required Security Clearance:  Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and willing to submit to CI polygraph

Job Location: Ft. Benning, GA

Physical Requirements: 

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time.  Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen.  Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.  May include lifting weight up to 25 pounds as necessary.

Salary Range: $110,000.00-$120,000.00
